[Xen-devel] freebsd build/use howto added

I've added a file called xenbsdsetup.txt to

http://www.fsmware.com/xenofreebsd/

which tells how to build and run the FreeBSD port. I've also added a
patch which, when xc_ptrace.c is added to tools/libxc, enables one to
debug non-privileged domains using a modified gdbserver (also
available for download) and stock gdb.

The access logs indicate that a dozen or so IP addresses have downloaded
pieces. Any feedback, even just that you've run and it worked, would be
much appreciated.
