There has been some talk of integrating memory dump functionality into the 
Xend codebase.  No-one's been able to spend time tackling this yet.  There's 
already code in the migration / suspend daemon for reading the state you 
mentioned but it's not debugging-oriented.

The pervasive debugger could also be useful for getting at this state.
