In unh_iscsi.1.5.04/src/common/iscsi_common.c, comment out #include
<linux/in.h> on or around line 36. it doesn't appear to need it.

The structs which it claims it is missing are #ifdef'd by __KERNEL__,
but it doesn't matter as that include file isn't needed anyway.
