  • Thread-topic: [Xen-devel] Problem in domain creation

Hello group,
When I use the command xen_read_console &
I get the error: could not bind to local address and port

And when I give the command xc_dom_create.py with the proper parameters
I get VM started in Domain 1 message.

The binding error persists even if I restart the machine and try it.
And the process xen_read_console is not seen when I do a ps -aux.
Can somebody please suggest what I am doing wrong
Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Sundar Subramanian

It's looking for a root filesystem on sda15 and failing to find
one, presumably because your config file doesn't contain a
vbd_list that grants the new domain access to sda15 e.g.

  vbd_list = [ ('phy:sda15','sda15','w') ]
