I can't reproduce your problem on the latest xeno-1.1.bk

Please bk pull xeno-1.1.bk, recompile Xen, XenoLinux, AND
all the tools (very important!), especially 'tools/control' directory.

And, please tell me, whether you have enabled 'devfs' when
you compile xenolinux kernel.
