Updating VS projects for WinPV drivers

Hello,

I plan to add VS2026 projects for the WinPV drivers as this is somewhat 
overdue.

Would anyone object to removing the VS2019 projects at the same time? 
The 22621.5193 EWDK still supports targeting Windows 10 x86 and is based 
on VS2022.
