[Wg-test-framework] Dario Faggioli granted user access to test colo

Dario has volunteered to help investigate the test failures we are
seeing with the pair merlot{0,1} which has an unusual NUMA
configuration.

After discussion on #xendevel I have granted him an ordinary user
account.

Dario: your account is live.  You should be able to log into
  newcastle.test-lab.xenproject.org
  gateshead.test-lab.xenproject.org
both of these actually redirect to a bastion ssh server VM, from
which you can log into osstest.test-lab.xenproject.org.

You will probably want to clone osstest in your home directory and use
mg-allocate to obtain use of one of the merlots.  Ask me questions on
IRC or IRL and I can help...
