ACTION: Ian to file a ticket to look at the firewall for the two main
hosts in the COLO as Ian does not have a lot of confidence in it

ACTION: Ian J to enroll Ian Campbell and Birin Sanchez's PGP keys.

ACTION: Felix to ensure that Jan & Feb reports are sent

Backup plan:

Colo:
- Create RAID5 using 3 disk on gateshead -> 2 TB usable space.
  Encrypted? YES but do not block boot sequence, because the RAX VMs have
confidential info
  Should all new disks in future be encrypted in the COLO?
  ACTION: Felix make clear the option and defer a decision
- Create backup VM on gateshead, run Bareos on it

Rackspace:
- Create backup storage volume
- Use admin-box as backup host, run Bareos on it

* blocked on: Ian to find who inside Citrix has the relevant access

72430 Xen Project CI Loop : Investigate and Add Monitoring
* blocked on: Lars to decide how to procede
* ACTION: to verify that instructions work (with Antony)


72927 merlot1 - bad drive
* Ian can't get into BIOS admin utulity - is looking for advice
* Yogi: can look at this - Dell would like to recover osoleta1 HD and
motherboard. Requires a technician of DELL to come to COLO with Yogi's
supervision. Maybe can coordinate
* ACTION: Ian to file two tickets and then we can close this one


73007 Pick up failing merlot1 disk at next trip to COLO and deliver to PLG
(under warranty)

73167 Getting SPF and DKIM records for the Xenproject.org domain
* blocked on: detailed instructions from Mandrill
* ACTION: Discuss with Ian
* Discussed with Ian, and we will need to create
  a) A new mail domain, aka @newsletter.xenproject.org
  b) Create SPF and DKIM records for @newsletter.xenproject.org such that
there is no risk that mail from @lists.xenproject.org get negatively
affected
* Lars to update ticket with instructions from Mandrill/MailChimp (I only
got them yesterday when Mandrill/MailChimp opened the mechanism to merge
Mandrill accounts with MailChimp, which is now a requirement)
