I'm afraid I'm going to have to give them back to you.  I have
observed that the wiring of the CDROM and HDD is not consistent
between the two machines.

See the output below.  The difference is also visible in the BIOS,
where the CD drive doesn't show up at all on rimava1.  (NB that while
numbering like `sda' vs `sdb' and `scsi0' vs `scsi2' is not
necessarily stable, the /dev/disk/by-path is stable for any particular
wiring.)

Can you please visit the colo and make sure that the disk, and the
cdrom, are connected to the identical SATA ports on each of the
machines ?

Please also make sure the disk is connected to the faster of the two
controllers.

Of course given the time of the week, this work will have to wait
until Monday.
