PV.  (Why would you do HVM?)

Eventually everything is going to be want to be 64-bit because that's
what will be used and tested everywhere.  Changing the bitness of
existing guests is a PITA.

(Changing the bitness of the dom0 is probably less of an issue and
there are some performance reasons for having a 32-bit one right now.)
