This list is very active and responsive. If you find you are not
getting an answer, perhaps you did not provide enough detail.

You may find the ##xen irc channel on freenode is able to give you
suggestions and advice on forming your questions. IRC requires some
patience as by chance you might hit a time where people are not around
(although this is rare on ##xen it does happen occasionally).
