Christian, I can confirm AD authentication is working, though I achieved this
by first emulating XenServer:

echo 5.6.199 > /etc/xensource/xapi_version_override
xe-toolstack-restart

I then used XenCenter to join the domain. Worked first time, with a pool of
two XCP hosts.
