You don't need it. That was for when systemd was the default init in the Fedora 14 alphas and betas but they decided it wasn't ready yet and pushed it back to Fedora 15. You would still need it if you were testing that kernel with rawhide but hopefully there will be better kernel options by the time Fedora 15 is released.
