We are running a Dual Quad core Xeon 5620, 96GB RAM with approx
90VM's. Currently have a have a lot of issues where a lot of CPU is
stuck in steal. We are running Xen 3.4.3 on Centos 5.5 (with stock
2.6.18-latest). Are there any tuning tips that we can do to get things
under control or do we need a hardware upgrade?
