I was able to complete a install of centos 5.5 and xen 4.0.1 with kernen
2.6.32.21 dom0

Were you able to use blktap2 correctly with this combination? i.e.
- use tap2:tapdisk ... on domU config file and boot succesfully
- have /sys/class/blktap2/devices show correct device and files used
- have old devices (e.g. blktap0/tapdev0) reused when a domU is destroyed and started, instead of the system using new device (e.g. blktap3, blktap4, etc.)
