I don't, but if it's a pv domain then I think the interface is limited
to 'block device' and may not support some of the required protocol
features to do what you want. You could maybe use pvscsi (assuming it's
supported on whatever os you are using) or make it a HVM domain and
leave the DVD drive as non-pv.
