What  steps are required to "RESUMING it on the destination"?

None :) If you issue xm migrate id destination, all necessary steps willbe taken by the Xen tools and the Xen hypervisor. However, you have toopen the relocation server (config entry in the xend-config) to enablemigration. Btw. if you pass the flag --live, the migration will be done"live", that means without noticable downtime of the VM.
