i am create a xen virtualization platform in my company

i am a new guy. i want to know, what is a the best practise ?

my principles are
1. stability
2. support windows 2003 / windows 2008 / ubuntu 9 / redhat 5.4 / etc. ( and other mainly OS )

which xen version should i choose, and what linux distro based.

i will appreciate if i get your advice.
