Ok, by popular request, I've put the binary RPMs online for my build of Xen VNC Proxy at http://207.5.170.200/PACKAGES/. This is the 3 XVP packages and libxenserver packaged on CentOS 5.4, so they should be good for RHEL, CentOS, and most likely Fedora. Install libxenserver first :).
