Could you try to start any other HVM not Win2008 ( say Ubuntu Server) ?
I never worked with Win HVMs.
veridian=1
might be an issue for 2008 (?)

There is no tcp connection listen on port 59**..
Any tips, how can I've log to find where is the problem?
I think my VM not start but successfully lauched by xen :
