lvmdriver has to do with storage, so you might start looking there. ESX & ESXi
are limited in what types of storage they support, so if you're using only IDE
disks (the default in Xen), ESX may not see those disks correctly. Since
you're running a newish version of Xen, you can try using Xen's vscsi support
and see if ESXi can see the disks that way.
