hg is in a package called 'mercurial'.

Xen 3.4.x stable releases are made from xen-3.4-testing.hg repository. 

Currently it's getting towards Xen 3.4.2 release, and has a lot of fixes
after 3.4.1.

Xen 3.4.1 tarball can be found from here:
