Install Xen Hypervisor 3.3.1 on CentOS 5.3 via http://gitco.dehttp://bderzhavets.blogspot.com/2009/04/install-xen-hypervisor-3.html
Virt-install and virt-manager are both functional on the most recent Gitco's port Xen 3.3.1
to CentOS 5.3. I had to disable checksum offloading at CentOS 5.2 PV DomU.
That is only only issue i've got in meantime.
