Now I can confirm that "console=tty0" make vnc work!

There is 1 problem: the vnc mouse has a dot cursor, together with a
normal cursor. And they are not synchronized (there is a distance
between them).

I use "usbdevice='tablet'", but that doesnt help. My guest run Ubuntu 8.04.

I know there are some (complicated ways) to fix this for HVM, but this
is PV, so can it be easier?
