Seems like you're putting domU kernels on dom0.
You can put domU kernels on domU's filesystem, and have pygrub load it.
This is the "standard" method if you use Redhat/Centos or any other
system that can use virt-install/virt-manager (e.g. opensolaris). Try
using virt-manager.
