[Xen-users] 3.3.0 make tools fails

I recently downloaded
http://bits.xensource.com/oss-xen/release/3.3.0/xen-3.3.0.tar.gz and
attempted to build it.  The build fails on "make tools".  I'm using gcc
version 4.3.2 on a 64-bit Centos 5.2 VM.  Make is version 3.81.  Below
is the relevant output.  Has anyone else encountered this problem, and
what might I do to resolve it?
