Port 25 of what "External IP", your MX record for satimis.com?
It looks like you have 3 mx records, does the highest priority
resolve to the forwarded IP of your xen server? Where do the other two go?
What MTA are you using? Does it know its being nat'ed?

Yes, but we need much more info...

Most MTA's allow you to change the banner for this reason.
