Problem With pygrub

   when i type pygrub at command line i am getting the following error:


Could not find platform independent libraries <prefix>
Could not find platform dependent libraries <exec_prefix>
Consider setting $PYTHONHOME to <prefix>[:<exec_prefix>]
'import site' failed; use -v for traceback
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/pygrub", line 16, in <module>
    import os, sys, string, struct, tempfile, re
ImportError: No module named os





please help me about this error i need it urgently.
