with the dom0 kernel from 
http://bits.xensource.com/oss-xen/release/3.2.0/linux-2.6.18-xen-3.2.0.tar.gz 
and hypervisor 3.2.1  i also get the following kernel messages on my 64-bit 
xen host. My 32-bit domU seems to run without problems.

Can anybody tell me if this is serious or if this doesn't matter?
