I want to use the dom0 Kernel for domU as well.
So I removed the 1st kernel line (though it will be overwritten by the second
one) and changed tap:aio to file
Still same error exists.

first...what "flavour" of Xen are You using? It's important report as many
information as possible to get the right answer...
