In the install source section of the GUI guest creator, you can specify nfs or http: nfs://server.ip.addr/path/to/nfs/share where the share is a directory holding the OS install tree. Else, virt-install --help from CLI and you can probably figure it out from there... If you are doing full virt (which, IIRC, you are not due to using an x445) you have to either use CD, ISO, or PXE to boot the OS installer for your guests.
