I couldn't find any patches there, could you give me some ptr ?

by following there you will get the patches right in the source
package in the debian directory.

Debian itself should have similar patches (at least for i386 so far)

BTW: IMHO, we should try to bring xensource kernel to some newer
vanilla, maybe in small steps. I'll have a try with 2.6.19 ...
