Yes, the message is the output of xm create -c <server>

I see.. Today I also tried to boot this domain with a new kernel (for
xenU) built from the sources downloaded by the official web site:
nothing changes, I have the same error.

Yes, this is a kernel installed with yum for centos linux
I think an option could be reinstalling the server :-(
