Only PCI or USB devices can be used by DomUs and even this depends on your hardware and the DomU (hvm or pvm). If you really need to have a LPT-Port in DomU I would suggest you get some kind of usb-to-lpt hardware-device. But this is only as far as I know, so maybe there is a solution to your problem, that I don't know.
