No, edit grub and if you are using Xen 3.2 from xen.org instead of the RH/CentOS one you need to change kernel /xen-2.6-... to /xen-3.2.gz.

So I have to roll my own kernel then to use the 3.2 I compiled? I just 
downloaded the one from CentOS repo :P
