Same thing:
dom0:~# grep cdrom /etc/xen/domu.cfg
'phy:/dev/hda,xvdb:cdrom,w']
domu:~# mknod /dev/xvdb b 202 32
domu:~# mount -t iso9660 /dev/vxdb /
domu: special device /dev/vxdb does not exist
domu:~# ls /sys/block
ram0 ram1 ram10 ram11 ram12 ram13 ram14 ram15 ram2 ram3
ram4 ram5 ram6 ram7 ram8 ram9 sda1 sda2 sda3
