this mail is for speaking about one big problem with XENSource.

in the first days of August, we buy 02 perpetual licenses of
XENEnterprise and 02 annual support from XenSource in Microlog
(LantinAmerica Partnerof XEN).

- the first problem is the license owner !!! without ask, the partner
(Microlog) create this license in my personal name and hide all
reference of my company in the license file !!! this is not valid for
company, is the company that pay !!!!

- the second problem is the absence of support.. since pay of support
we never receive support or contact help.

after various intent of contact for my part, I speak with the Luis
Perez Galvan (Neogenesys) and he recommend send one mail for Kurt
Schroeder (XenSource) with explication of this problem.. Kurt reply
some mails with promise of contact with this partners and found one
solution for this problem.

but, till now I (and the company where I work) we not have solution
for we problems !!!

and I quest:  This is the Official Support from XenSource for
Enterprises ??? Is trusted work with software/enterprise wherein this
support is null ??
