thanks for your answer.

(# ethtool -K eth0 tx off
Cannot set device tx csum settings: Operation not supported)


# ethtool -K eth0 TX off
no offload settings changed

hostname:~# /etc/init.d/xend restart

Nothing changed, xenbr0 has a IP, MAC, etc.
