Try to disable Memory remap feature - it isnt need by your config with
2GB RAM only.

I'm not sure what you're looking for
DRAM Frequency [Auto] (possible options are: Auto, DDR2-533MHz,
DDR2-667MHz, DDR2-800MHz, DDR2-889MHz, DDR2-1067MHz)

and in the North Brisge Chipset Config
Memory Remap Feature [Enabled]
Configure DRAM Timing by SPD [Enabled]
Static Read Control [Auto] (possible options are: Disable, Auto, Fast, Faster)
