You can check what ports are opened with command:

# netstat -lnp -A inet


> [root@localhost ~]# xm list
> Name                                      ID Mem(MiB) VCPUs State   Time(s)
> Domain-0                                   0     1488     2 r-----    185.5
> WindowsXP                                  6      517     1 ------      0.0


Also, It seems strange to me that WindowsXP Time = 0.0.
If the domain were running that field AFIAK would not be equal to 0.0
