I am fairly sure that x64 mode of Windows doesn't work in 3.0.3 - I
could be wrong, but I'm reasonably sure of this. Which means that you
either need to back-port some 3.0.4 changes, or you need to upgrade the
hypervisor. 

32-bit versions of Windows should work in 3.0.3.
