Time for a memtest and to make sure no dust bunnies have made their
home
on your DDR depending on what exactly was in slabs. But sheesh, don't
let a project list or some wiki make you afraid to touch your
computer :)
I've run memtest, and this happens on more than one system. And, it now
appears that it happens on other systems as well, since doing this
provoked new crashing behavior for another lister as well.
