Hi all,
I  am trying to use Xenmon  and xm top to monitor the performance of my VMs.Each VM is either a Web server or Dbserver or AppServer.I am generating the  workload using OpenSTA.

1) Can anyone provide some links to a detailed documentation of Xenmon. What the metrics displayed actually mean (something more than the one line description provided)
How tthe parameters were calculated ,some docs regarding that also.

2) Are there any standards defined for performance monitoring of Xen VMs. For exmaple ,if the  RAM required for VM id=2 exceeds 'x'MB , allocate more RAM to this VM?

I'm using Fedora core 5 kernel 2.6.18-1.2257 fc5Xen0   with xen version 3.0.3.3 fc5

Thanks.....
