Hi,

I had a panic that I saw inside an console of a vmguest
Right after panic all was still running??
even uptime was not resetted

The guest is running also centos4.4 with kernel-
xenU-2.6.9-42.0.3.EL.xs0.4.0.263.i686.rpm

I don't see anythin at dmesg in dom0 and vmguest
If I need to provide other info let me now
