I'm running openSuSE 10.2 dom0 as I am typing to you. I have a centos
4.4 and a debian 3.1 guest running. I used the SuSE kernel:
 dmesg | head
Linux version 2.6.18.2-34-xen (geeko@buildhost) (gcc version 4.1.2
20061115 (prerelease) (SUSE Linux)) #1 SMP Mon Nov 27 11:46:27 UTC 2006

My grub looks like:

title XEN -- SUSE LINUX 10.2
    root (hd0,5)
    kernel /boot/xen.gz
    module /boot/vmlinuz-xen root=/dev/hda6 vga=0x317
resume=/dev/hda3 splash=silent showopts
    module /boot/initrd-xen
And the files mentioned are:

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1549014 2006-11-27 13:39
/boot/vmlinuz-2.6.18.2-34-xen
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root      23 2007-01-04 07:27 /boot/vmlinuz-xen ->
vmlinuz-2.6.18.2-34-xen
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root  241636 2006-11-28 04:29 /boot/xen-3.0.3_11774-20.gz
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root      21 2007-01-04 06:34 /boot/xen.gz ->
xen-3.0.3_11774-20.gz

It all works fine, however it does not work with the lan on the mother
board. Nothing finds that device, not even the bios. :( I have a pci
card with a 8139 for networking.
