Xen 3.0.2 is probably about half a year old by now, so I would say that
running 3.0.3 would be the first step to attempt. 

Note that there are some changes between 3.0.2 and 3.0.3 in way of
configuration files. 

Check with SuSE if they don't have a direct update for the 3.0.2 ->
3.0.3 Xen versions.
