mmmhhh... no. mkinitrd do not support these options -v and -f, nor
 --with=aacraid --with=sd_mod --with=scsi_mod :

>mkinitrd  -f --with=aacraid --with=sd_mod --with=scsi_mod -o
>initrd-2.6.16-xen.img 2.6.16-xen
/usr/sbin/mkinitrd: illegal option -- f

>mkinitrd   --with=aacraid --with=sd_mod --with=scsi_mod -o
