Thank you for your explanation.

Just because I'm curious:

xm dmesg says:
[...]
(XEN) Using scheduler: Simple EDF Scheduler (sedf)

[...]

Can I simply enable PAE with a kernel option in grub?
(The output looks like i could do that.)
