Firstly exuse my english, i'm spanish.
I don't know if it helps :-)
In my enterprise, we use SNA over Token Ring. You think that if i use SNA inside the virtual machine in the emulated ethernet, it would route it to the fisical Token Ring adapter ???

Guest OSes see a virtual ethernet device - there's no *virtual* Token Ring device.
But domain 0, the "host" OS is able to use basically any device that normal
Linux does (not ISA devices, though). So your Token Ring should work OK there.
