You can just point the installer script to the full path of fedora.img - it will be created there if it doesn't exist. Basically, you only need to do what is described in the fedora wiki about creating xen domU's on Fedora5. BTW: for more detailed questions about this fedora-specific script you might get better answers on the fedora-xen mailing list.
